i had searched another sources like wikipedia , and still confused on what the articles are talking about .

i ve tried to figure out what s the TAG OMISSION ,what i could tell is Tag Omission probably related to opening tag and closing tag or self closing tag . This is my own brief understanding.

Can you pass the whole paragraph where you read that term? it may be contextual depending on the context of the whole paragraph.

i got do the google search .It said :
The start tag may be onitted if the first thing inside the <html> element is not a comment .
The end tag may be omitted if the <html> is not immediately followed by a comment.
i keep scratching my head because i don't understand what the statement are talking about . I hardly imagine such scene of "Tag Omission"

Is that really how they wrote it? Well, I'm not surprised, seeing how they wrote it in such an ugly way, mixing up the word 'tag' and 'element'.
I encourage you to try and find better aticles whatever you seek for. I wouldn't waste my time reading crappy stuff only to get myself stranded : )
