how can i apply knowledge from these tutorials into creating a game

so yes sololearn teaches me about variables and cout and println etc. but how do i actually
apply this knowledge into creating a video game because the cmd window wont run any games as far as i am concerned.

Solo learn doesn't teach you logic building, that you have to work on your own! Since sololearn teaches you basics of languages only.
