Why my phone is not vibrating at the correct time?

Question

In my code of a timer, I ask the user to allow sound when the time is over, and if the user does not allow to do this, I want to vibrate the phone. But my phone is vibrating after an alert of 'TIME UP', however, I want the phone to vibrate along with the alert.
Can I do this? If yes, please tell me how to do this?

did you check the Browser compatibility? Maybe thats the reason why its not working.
