How can I Edit/update data using html form in google appscript?

I've created a html form for google sheets using google appscript. I can input and read data using this html form. But I want to edit/update data which already inserted in the sheets using thia html form. Anyone please help me with this problem? Follow the code:

Its not Possible By using html Maybe you can do it by Using php and javascript but i dont know these languages properly so yea
