I can code it in python but I am not able to figure out, how making 5 boat can cost me 21,000,000?

The company produces 10 hovercrafts in a month.

One hovercraft costs 2,000,000.
10 * 2,000,000 = 20,000,000.

But you have to pay also for insurance: 1,000,000 per month.

-> 21,000,000

You only sell 5 hovercrafts:
5 * 3,000,000 = 15,000,000.

21,000,000 > 15,000,000 -> Loss
