i need a clue on how to create live event that is changing like price of stock, football betting odd, football livescore, etc

With backend app ( on server side ) to handle your data ( probably access to a database, or a service providing live data ), and server dynamic pages to users/clients... so, if you want website, you need all the stuff tor it on client-side, meaning for dynamic ( live refreshing can be do with old tricks without JS, but this is heavy, and limited / not really useful :P ).
