How I can improve my thinking process in coding for algorithm, logic and function etc.

For competitive programing first your all basics should be clear . In starting solve small small problem . I would suggest u in starting don't solve big problms like codechef problems hackerrank . First solve any reference book of competitive programing book and learn data structure in deeply. Its very helpful in competitive programing.

seek here in Q&A section, you will find many book references, youtube videos, blog articles... and in Code section there's a bunch of sololearners codes of all kind (helping others to debug their code is a very formative exercise ;)).

But you could search and find much more ressources by googling ;P
