which is best among java and kotlin

i am an begeiner to these types of courses and i want to learn these for my future

Java has always been the winner among most of the popular languages.

So here also i would prefere you to go with java.

I am saying so because you will learn kotlin to develop android app only which you can do with java too.

But with java you can do many other things also such web development, windows app development, artificial intelligence related jobs and much more things.

So I would suggest that to go with java would be a safer option.
