Hi. Chidubem Chibuzo is right. JS can be used anywhere, the most of platforms support JS. There no more such language, because on front-end in the web can be used only JS and WebAssembly. The last one has no wide use. But if you wish to learn only one language to make everything you misunderstand the programming. Languages are very similar and often concrete language knowledge doesn't make sense (except C/C++ or FP langs like Erlang). But each domain (gaming, web, embedded) has different concepts, different problems and solutions. So it's easier to switch language inside one domain, than reversed.

In simple words Java can be used for everything.
