whose book is best for python?

I've heard lots of good things about
"Learn Python the hard way" it used to be free, but not anymore. You may be able to find a digital copy at the library or somewhere online. You can also try using a Google cached version of the website to the whole book.

A friend told me nothing is better than doc.python.org
But i think there is always a better option😉
