No if you want to become master it is not enough

It is enough to write program.
You would be supprised how much you can achieve with provided knowledge of c/c++.
Its only upon your creativity and patience to create useful and interesting programs. Look at exapmles people upload - so many of those use only classic elements of c/c++ language.
If you want to make complete programs for specific tasks then you have to extend your knowledge. Anyway it will be much easier once you know basics.
