Backlog! LOST RANK && LOST XP😭😭___?? How can I get back my xp, if any way then please comment! ??😭

I just reset my all the courses from learning path of sololearn, and lost bulk size of xp, now approx 15,500 xp required for a level 16 (platinum) ,

?? How can I get back my xp, if any way then please comment! ??
