I need help with pace of learning

So, I did my C# course over 3 months ago I think. I don't remember basically everything that's in the course. Maybe i learned too fast. Anyone has got a good learning tempo in which i could learn the most of the course? Thank you if you do.

The most important thing is that you practice, by actually writing code.

If you don't use it, you don't understand it.

Even if you understood it, you will forget if you don't use it for a while.

if u learned it fast thats great just practice a lot...if you get stuck then reread parts of the lessons and refer to other places like mozillia and W3C
