i would suggest any language. Just pick one and start learning. Don't waste time thinking. Rest will follow on it's own.

C++ because it is easy to learn and has everything and you can do many things with it!

I think Java is the best for learning properly. Object Oriented, writing rules easy and clear and programs compiled run everywhere

If html and css are not programing languages, what are they? ;-; sorry, I'm new. I need all the info I can get. Also, what makes Html/Css different from c++ and c and python?

If you want to learn javascript, familiarize first with html and css. Otherwise i recommend python.

It depends on your purpose of learning the programming. In my view, as a physics student who likes scientific programming, C++ is one of the best and powerful programming languege, and one who wants to be a web developer prefers the javascript or something like that.

If you want to go deeper into the subject then start with C then java then python. Otherwise python is great but it just provides you a high level view
