It is not only about the syntax, but also about the patterns, the concepts, the programming in general.

If you can code well in C++, learning C, C# and Java should be rather easy.

Higher languages like Python, JS or Ruby work differently, because they conveniently hide stuff from you, so a bit more getting-used-to might be needed, but you're still be okay.

I don't think so...their syntax is different...
But I found C++ a bit harder than the others so when I start learning other languages (like python and JS) after learning C++ it was easier to me
