How to use bootstrap ?

I have downloaded "bootstrap-4.4.1" from bootstrap's website. Now how can i use it. I have downloaded it in my phone.

Well if you want use it here, on SoloLearn, then you can't....
As SoloLearn can't read files from storage.....
But you use it on other web development app like TerbEdit and many more....

But,
I recommend you of using online api...
There are many of disadvantage of bootstrap offline....
1) You have to link all files from bootstrap folder to html file...
2) On publishing you have to upload whole bootstrap directory...
3) Page loading will be slower as browser have to load all bootstrap file and you also know page loading is very irritating.... 😂
4) As you know bootstrap classes are interrelated, if you foget to link any one of its element, it will crash your design....
