How to convert the output of my code into files and documents.

Question

Hello guys I just want to know how possible it is to convert the output of my code into different format or files for example when I design something using HTML CSS and JavaScript how can I convert the output into PDF format or is it only to be embedded into a website or webpage or can it also be converted into video mode documents PDF and so on... so please I can I do that if possible.
