I have done with the coding part but what about the documentation
I need to submit this with documentation
What does this documentation mean?
Are they comments?

Manjot Kaur this sounds like a homework assignment whereas your instructor is asking for the who what where when why and how.... We generally might / may add them in our comments within a code. Also this might include details as to who the creator of each segment of code was originally was if we did not create it ourselves.

Documentation means information/brief report about your project like which language you used to develop the project, which database you used and data dictionary of your project
