It depends on how long time you learn every day.
Generally 1 month the rythme is low.
But If you are interested to learn also the framework. then it takes more times.

Depends on how much you practice some ppl it only takes a few days others a few months...You need a solid knowledge of html before try to learn html.

Actually css is basically based on how much u perform it practically or how much u code in css as if u work hard u could easily grasp the core codes of css wiithin an hour there is no big deal in that...
