how to install kali linux in windows through virtual machine?

whenever i am going to install kali linux in my pc it shows that default.pressed file is corrupt and to load debconf configuration. and every time it shows the same problem. if anyone have any idea how to solve this problem then please reply it.

after configure the keyboard it shows it shows the above problem that to load debconf preconfiguration file.

Download iso file of kali linux, them insert it into vm and install it following instructions on the screen - remember to install GRUB in order to linux work

I install it by using VM but it also shows here the same problem.
