when I solve them from any textbook or reference book I am quite confused what should I do

You install wamp, open phpmyadmin, login and experiment with the codes, you will get it.

I guess that's because books are not interactive and give you no feedback. I would suggest that you install My SQL or MS SQL Express and start experimenting. Practice is the key to becoming good in programming. 😃😃😃
