don't give up. Just don't try to learn everything in a day and you will be fine. While learning some parts will be hard for you to understand. Take a break from learning for sometime. I generally take about a week break from a hard topic when learning programming and practice the things I have already learned. And most of time when I go back to learning that topic from whatever break I take I easily understand that and memorize it easily.:)
