How I can start the server-side programming of ebooks and eNewpaper providing website project?

Respected Sir / Mam and my dear friends, in this COVID epidemic. I am working on a web development project, which will be going to provide free e-books and e-Newspapers. Therefore, after completing my frontend programming, I am getting confused with backend programming. I am a beginner so it is difficult for me and my first project to start a server-side programming language. Please, help me to solve this problem and give me your valuable tips and suggestions.

yeah i dont think Rishbabh Sharma is asking to make his own server from the ground up using c to simply make a website from the backend.

creating a server and making a website backend is a completely different thing and don't get confused by some false information.

what you should be learning is to use a backend language like php or node.js to set up the website backend, some database to store your e-books, and then host it on a 3rd party web server like aws or heroku and your project is done.

making your own server means buying the server hardware itself and maintaining it, that would cost you tons of money, time and yes... stress.
