how can i use this code on visual studio code python extension?

if i try to run it it gives errors and i am new to coding on vsc and python terminal so i dont know why it doesnt asks for inputs

IndexError is bound to occur if z is bigger than 4. That's what's up 😃😃
pog would be out of range if input z > 4
