CSS vs JS which is easy and flexible

Easy is entirely different from flexible. CSS is easy, really easy while JavaScript on the other hand is flexible as nearly all other languages somehow depends on it. Most websites, app depends on JavaScript for interactivity.

Both has their own use and importance, no need to compare these two, at times they compliment one another. CSS allows many things that used to require JS, and JS can modify presentation through changes of elements' CSS styles and/or rules.
