Java would be easy according to me if I interested in app development. But if you have knowledge oh HTML CSS then JavaScript will be best

JavaScript contains a much smaller and simpler set of commands than does Java. It is easier to understand.

Surely Javascript as it is c program oriented and procedural ....java is object oriented and difficult but Javascript is for web development wheareas java is for Android/ios development

They are two different languages. Javascript is a client side language but java is a serverside object-oriented language. If you want to be a front-end developr you should be learn javascript language and other js frameworks such as react ,angular or vue. If you want to be a back-end developer should be learn java, c# and so on. To be a full-stack developer should be learn both. Choose whatever you want.
