Anshu Soni I too don't have computer or laptop, I just have an android Phone (Redmi Note 7 Pro) to be specific and it's not rooted..
so these are some apps which i use:
1. Termux
2. Debian Ubuntu inside termux.
3. For Graphical Interface I use NetHunter (it's a type of VNC)
4. Expo App for reactnative emulator.
On debian ubuntu I run VScode-oss
and these are the languges(and framework) which i use most:
1. HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT
2. jQuery, ReactJS, React Native,
3. PHP, codeigniter framework,
4. MongoDB (installed directly on termux)
5. MariaDB on phpmyadmin
and u can work pretty much with other language as well (like C,C++, Python, and core Java)

Of course you can. Not having laptops will never be an excuse to start coding. You have wonderful platforms such as SoloLearn which allows you to write and run your program even in your android device. Actually when I started coding for the first time, I didn't have a laptop for myself. To be precise, just start coding no matter what device you're having. :)

Yes basically you can learn coding by Android mobile. Well here you can learn and run your code too. Basically there are some of the apps which provide to run the code in mobile too.
If you need study material for web developer. You can Complete html css and js course from here than you can go with redux here . And after completing this courses try to make some codes (which can be made on mobile itself. No need of laptop;-)

Sololearn App on the mobile is where you need to start.

You can use a phone, a tablet, or any other device that you have. It could also get you a headstart in learning coding.

Of course. Me I use both (Pycharm(laptop) and pydroid3 for Android),(Quoda for Android and sublime text for desktop web development). Work in PC is easier because you can type with 10 fingers and maybe can zoom code more😂

There are so many android apps on play store for coding you can use them.

You can learn coding but if you want to build something interesting you must have pc because you need a good setup.
Sololearn is good for learning the basis and you can go more intermediate if you revise codes of other people

You can learn, but not as effectively as with an actual computer. It's like trying to learn to drive w/o a car.
