I have learn css and html but I don't have much designing ideas to make my own website (without watching YouTube tutorials)?

Find a site you like and try to make a copy of it, this will help, because you will learn more about how good looking websites are like, what color combinations should be used, what the structure of the page should be, and other important stuff, when you feel more comfortable with this start making your own websites, about stuff you like, you could for example make a website with songs you like, or if you have any friend who is an artist or something you could offer to make him a blog where he could post his art and talk about stuff. It will take time, but with practice you will improve.
