but using only bootstrap will make ur site looks similar to other sites out there(which are using bootstrap only)
so its better to add ur own style

bootstrap is css ,you can use bootstrap but i suggest have Nice understanding of CSS to because bootstrap gives you limited designing ,you can add your own design if you know CSS

Bootstrap behind the scene also uses the pure CSS, some flexbox stuffs.
So, understanding of pure CSS is really helpful.
