If you are very serious about python then you should install 'pycharm' which is the top IDE👌👌
Here is the video for installing pycharm, and a detailed description on how to install modules!

Advantage of pycharm:
1. Auto-completes the syntax!
2. More efficient to find out some mistakes in your code!
3. You can install advanced modules through this!

If you are not very serious then just install python idle (note: while installing take care that it should be added to the path), otherwise it becomes difficult to install modules!

Spyder is my favorite. It allows code to be run in a built in terminal window. Another nice feature is it displays variable contents while debugging code. Another reason that I like it so much is that it is free!
