Kaman Singh I'm also a freelancer mostly I send codes to the client using GitHub or just mail my codes. If you don't know how to use GitHub you can learn from internet. To send your code using email just zip your code and then send.

You can also use Google Drive to send your codes.

If you mean a code here from sololearn you can share the link of the code.
The other person don't need to login or download the app. The link should lead to the code playground of the website.

Open your code.
On the top there you will see share button on that three dot and two lines form.
Click on it and share
