how do i launch jupyter from android (samsung galaxy talet)?

pydroid 3 dosn't install on google play and termux is not compatible with my device

I don't know the reason that Why Pydroid3 doesn't install on google play (Though I didn't understood this reason).
But you can:
Try installing Pydroid3 from google chrome.
Also, you can look for Qpython3L.
It's also good.

I've tried installing pydroid 3 from google, but it just dosen't install it.
and unfortunately, Qpython 3l's terminal dosen't work
