Should i learn php first if i wanna make shopping website ?

My dream is to make website like etsy and ( amazon merch by ) in the future. My question is what language will i need for this ???

PHP isn't that bad of a choice for e-commerce websites, but since you're learning HTML, that works too. It's mainly up to you, though.
