What files exactly? scripts, stylesheets? others?

Can you save and share your code here for an inspection? might be easier to see through with a code at present.

Refer the file just by their name, no path is needed, filename is enough.

But for better understanding of the situation I would still suggest you to share a saved code link so others can suggest something I may not know.
