How to find best simplified ASP. NET MVC videos

Over the past two weeks have been watching ASP. Net tutorials. Most of them don't get down to the core concepts. They just offer shallow concepts and move forward. Any referrals will be appreciated.

Microsoft developer page. They have detailed free courses on anything in visual studio or any concepts they came up with especially. MVC is in there. Otherwise "what is MVC" on Google will give you a lot of good resources and videos. The content might be dry or might not include practical demonstration but they should get you to the point where the other videos you've been watching actually help.
