Why didn't I get illuminator badge ?!

Question

There is a badge called "illuminator" for posting 50 answers with at least 5 upvotes each ..

I've posted 53 answers and each of them has more than 5 likes .. and I don't get the badge till now !!

Yes I am using the app (last updated version) and (Marshmallow android)

Note : This is the first time that a badge problem occur

"at least" means it's needed but not necessarly enough ^^

Just because I read about problems with badges now and then and I'm curious... Are you using the app (updated version) or website? If app: android?
Because I didn't have problems with receiving those badges (recently updated app, Android marshmallow).
