Unlock something after receiving payment from client in bank automatically website

Question

Suppose I have a website in which I am selling some web design templates. After user click on buy template and send money to my account I want to visible the source code for the user suddenly after i payment.
How can I do this how can my websites knows that user is already paid?
Did I have to manually unlock the source code after checking my bank account or there is some automatic method?
