The certificate that I earned just disapeared

I finished the Python 3 course some time ago. Now for some reason, the course is indicated as incomplete(even though all the classes are completed) and the certificate has been deleted. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How can I correct it? Should I redo the entire course?

I will answer my own question, I just completed the first class of the Python course again and the exact same certificate with the same credentials is back.
