Beginners, definitely. However, there's a lot of intermediate/advanced developers in the community, that often post deeper stuff about some subjects. It's a good place to expand your network too, find someone to share a project, and so on. If you are a beginner, I suggest use solo learn as an start and look on the web for more

It's for beginner's. If you want to learn more visit Codecademy or CodeSchool both have free and premium membership. If you want to learn Web Development, you can learn it from W3Schools. It's absolutely free and teach you each and everything about Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and much more).
