This code I made isn't working on my friends'?

Question

My friend asked for a better code, and when I tried to help her, her Idle won't take up the code and keeps showing error, when it works just fine on mine. Could anyone tell me if it's the problem with the code or anything else?

P.S. her client shows error in writing to the file, so ig you're right most probably.
