What user can do to unlock himself if sololearn blocks him

It must have been a pretty bad comment to get blocked. Did he apologise? Did SL unblock him?

Atul Prakash You can contact SoloLearn's gmail or ask a moderator on the possibilities of why he was blocked. He should apologize to SoloLearn but I don't see why SoloLearn will block him...
