I don't really like the challenge section (even if I am using it) - The timer should stop at zero and not move on to the next question, that way you would get a chance to finish your tought and it would improve your skill - There should be the possibility to review questions (may also to discust about them) to actually learn from them - the xp loss is to extreme, in the case of wrong answers) compaired to the xp gained on a win/draw - After some time the questions are repetitive, this makes memorize to become the best way to improve (if the questions would be with variables instead of fixed values they would be more diversified) I really hope it will be improved to actally help people to learn something (after all the app is still called sololearn)

I dont' like creepy challenge game but I like challenge section because it's motivate me a lot. It's force me to learn every single detail. I feel this challenging is for fun. Just like playing multiplayer game but not so hard. I will never be a best programmer in the world just winning funny game but it's help me to learn everyday. And.....actually....I'm a wedding videographer. Learn to code for fun. :-)

A few questions have wrong answer. I mean who the hell approved those quiz. Loops are stupid. Looks like we are playing mathematics instead programming.

The challenge section is not only unproductive, it's bad for learning how to design software. The design of software is not about solving math in one's head, nor is it about some weird and arcane use of the more exotic syntax features of a particular language. Software design is about data flow, intelligent choices that map well to a particular problem and offer flexibility for modification and improvements. It is about using the most appropriate data structures and methods of manipulating said data structures in order to perform transformations and make decisions. This should be done in a way that is as general as possible, while remaining tailored to the current problem. The challenge section is a silly toy for people who are addicted to getting "xp" points doing useless code snippets, rather than getting real-world experience in solving larger problems efficiently and elegantly.

When you reach higher level it becomes very difficult to earn more XP as you will lose many points on a single loss and earn very less on a single win........Also a very small list of competitors get displayed in the challenge section......some questions are having wrong answers

I would like to see it extended into all of available courses. I am a little sad that there aren't any challenges for Ruby and CSS yet.
