It's better to gain a little experience before becoming a freelancer and you will need a little more knowledge of languages. Work on studying bootstrap and jQuery and make sure to complete JavaScript. After this, try and build a website, that is as great as possible and add it to your freelancer portfolio.
With this, I am sure you will do great.

Bootstrap and jQuery makes it easier to apply HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT.
This will get you up and running as a frontend web developer.

I think you have completed only frontend part.
Complete atleast php /python
Bcz no one come to freelancer for design web only.
They will ask you to make a complete website for them.
