Do dev companies from europe (germany,GB, french...) hiring developers outside their contries especialy from africa or asia ??

I m a self-though learner , I m learning front end developement ,and I m from morocco (africa), I want to know if can i get a job and immigrate to germany or england with my knowledge and some good projects but without a degree ?

Yes, why not. I'm also a self-taught programmer. I have worked with many companies ( not a full-time job only project-based ). You can go for freelancing if you have great knowledge. You can directly apply for jobs without any degree from jobs related website if you have enough knowledge that what is your work.
