I am doing python for a week and I am aslo understand it but I don't know what is its use any one can tell me about it??

its a general purpose language, meaning it can do just about anything. Just keep learning.

How smart are you? Is this your first language? what is your goal? what do you want to learn? How much time do you set aside per day to study?

There is no magic answer for that question. It takes how long it takes

Python has a variety of uses, although now what most people talk about when using python is machine learning and data science.
It can also be used to make web apps, for which the most well known frameworks are Django and flask I believe.
For games it may not be the best, but if you're playing around with something like pygame you'll learn a lot of how games work.
Web scraping apps are also very common, even I've made one in the past.
Desktop apps too.
Python can be used for a lot of things, depends on what you want to do. It's also a great language to start at.
