Fake links identifier.

How can we make a program to identify fake links, and adding it to the browser?
Using python3.

IMO, I think it might be impossible as to programs, they see links and their contents as stuff, they don't know what is the purpose of the link, and see as simply a link. They can't tell if it's a fake link. And programs are dummies, they simply follow what they are ordered to do. So I think making a Python 3 program that detects fake links are impossible.

Whereas for the part on adding Python 3 to the browser, just make the code, Google how to make it added to the browser, then edit the code so that the code will be added to the browser.
