Android learned vs PC learned

Question

I have been learning html and python for a couple of days. Yesterday, one of my friends said that what I am learning here on this app with my android mobile phone will differ in PC.
I mean, he said that the rules I am learning here are different from PC. He's saying is that html which I am learning here will nor work in PC.

Is this true? Please explain it.

Not possible, It will run in every Brawoser (The html code don't mind device but the Brawoser servers )

Your friend might have done any mistake to play the same code from Android to pc...

I think you need to confirm your friend what he meant by that exactly. One thing that cross my mind is that *maybe* he was talking about the difference of how web codes run here in SoloLearn to how the same code are saved, linked in your PC.

Here in SoloLearn, codes are not saved separately as it is if you work in your PC. When you work in your PC documents are saved accordingly to their content;

HTML as .html file
CSS as .css file
Javascript as .js file

But here in SoloLearn, you write them separately into sections inside a web code, and SoloLearn takes care of the rest for you.
