Hi bro, please see this video.
This is not your laptop model. But you can take a reference model as this.
Because your laptop have no SSD slot to add a new SSD. Therefore you need to move your hard disk to DVD slot, then add your SSD to HDD slot.
I think the above link may helps you more than my word😊

😭 that's not good enough to run android emulator. Please use USB debugging mode. And use your android phone for testing your applicationMarkus Lehmann

Are sure. If you are using 16GB RAM and 512GB HDD. Your HDD will be throttled. This makes laggy perfomance. Are you using dual channel or single

My pc has 16gb ram core i5 n other 16gb core i7 and other 16g core i9. Android studio is smoothly working on all of them. Though 8gb ram is minimum requirement i thnk having 16gb is enough to have smooth operation. Still there was laggy behavior when i used 8gb ram on my old laptop

For android studio recommended RAM is 8GB so u have to upgrade ur RAM for better performance.

Use Linux(Ubuntu) operating system for Android development on your laptop. Ubuntu runs smoothly, you don't need to upgrade your laptop.
If you choose Linux (Ubuntu) on your laptop then don't use AVD(Android Virtual Device) for testing apps instead use your Android mobile that will not lag.
AVD eats more ram.
Linux is best operating system for Android development.
