Should i leave html for another time (or not bother with it) and go back to learning c++?

I want to get into game development using unreal engine (possibly unity because it requires less space as of now but its still unlikely), I learned some c++ before seeing a comment on a diffrent post saying they recommend learning html first; so here I am ,learning it. Now im thinking about my decision and want your advice on whether I should stop learning html for now and go back to learning c++ (maybe even learn c#) or not. Also If you have any general advice on game dev, coding etc please feel free to let me know. Any help is much appreciated :D On a side note i have also written 1 small script for both language's

I have noticed a trend in SoloLearn that people keep making suggestions with no attempt at understanding the intent of the person asking for advice. I see no logical reason to learn HTML first if you want to use a game engine such as Unreal or Unity. It is more reasonable to start with a language that you will actually be using for your goal. You will find very little use for HTML in either of those game engines. As for which one to use, that is a little trickier. I use both and I enjoy both. In my personal opinion, I think Unity with C# is easier for beginners. However, I don't want to influence you too much based on my opinion. You can search for articles online that discuss the differences between the two and see which one better fits your needs. You can also try both and see which one you enjoy working in more. Another thing you can weigh is which language do you prefer working in; C++ or C#?
