How does this C code output "83 e"?

Question

I have this C code from challanges.
char arr[] = "Sololearn";
printf("%d %c", 0[arr], 2[arr + 3]);

I don't understand how does it output "83 e".
I got the output 83 is the ascii value of character at 0 index i.e. S.
But does that "e" come?
Can anyone explain.
